Staff Education Coordinator, RN
We are seeking a dedicatedStaff Education Coordinator, RNto join our team of healthcare professionals. The primary role of the Staff Education Coordinator, RN is to assist in identifying training needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating staff development programs within a specific area of responsibility.

This position involves aligning the learning requirements of nursing and non-nursing staff with educational programs tailored to meet the evolving demands of resident care.

TheStaff Education Coordinator, RNis tasked with evaluating the educational needs of the staff, organizing programs based on those needs, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal guidelines for both in-service education and new staff orientation.

Location:
Brunswick, GA

Status: Full-Time
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
New Pay Rates:
RN - $30 - $38/hour (depending on experience)
LPN - $26 - $30/hour (depending on experience)

Requirements:

Possession of an active Georgia RN license in good standing
Minimum of 4 years nursing experience, including at least 1 year of teaching experience
HoldTrain the Trainercertification for teaching Nurse Aide Training Program
Meet all health requirements, including a drug screening
Pass a criminal background check
Preferred long-term care experience
