Job Title: Human Resources (HRIS) Analyst

Company: Restaurant Support Center

Statement of Purpose:
The Human Resources (HRIS) Analyst position focuses on providing comprehensive support in various Human Resources functions, primarily centered on HRIS. This role also encompasses responsibilities in Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition Systems (ATS), and HR Compliance. Key tasks involve HRIS data management, error resolution, UAT testing for upgrades, ticket response, report generation, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency for digital records. Additionally, the role entails supporting HR programs such as merit increase and bonus initiatives.

Accountabilities:

Ensure HRIS data integrity and reporting accuracy
Support User Acceptance Testing during system upgrades
Update employment records when necessary
Compile HR data from various systems for analysis
Conduct audits to verify data flow between systems
Assist in implementing new HR Systems
Provide training and guidance to Restaurant Managers on technology updates
Audit personnel records to ensure compliance with regulations
Support recruitment processes with data analysis for trend identification
Assist in HR Compliance audits
Gather and distribute labor statistics and regulatory updates
Prepare reports for HR and Operations Management
Handle other assigned duties

Knowledge Requirements:

Excellent communication skills
In-depth knowledge of federal and state HR regulations
Strong understanding of Compensation and Benefit programs
Proficiency in various systems and tools like Microsoft Office, ATS, and databases
Advanced analytical skills including formula usage, pivot tables, and vlookups
Effective planning, organization, and relationship management abilities
Experience with Microsoft D365 considered a plus

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5-7 years of HRIS Analysis experience
Project management experience is advantageous
