    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective maintenance operations.
    • Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and adherence to maintenance schedules.
    • Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work on equipment, machinery, and facilities as needed.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
    • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
    • Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime and ensure equipment availability.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
    • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and procure necessary parts and supplies.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for the maintenance team.
    • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, standards, and best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.
    • Monitor equipment performance and recommend modifications or upgrades to enhance productivity and quality.

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a light assembly and fabrication environment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in a relevant field is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as troubleshooting techniques.
    • Experience leading a team and coordinating maintenance activities.
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
    • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, navigate software interfaces, and perform basic data entry.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Associate Requirements

    The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $ $30.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
