    We are searching for Customer Service Rep II - (telemarketing professionals) with HVAC Industry Knowledge for a 6-month contract assignment on the behalf of our client. Looking for someone who can convert leads into customers over the phone on initial outreach. The position includes data entry into Salesforce, explaining basic product features, and obtaining payment information. The ideal candidate is friendly, persuasive, and is passionate about the Smile & Dial Philosophy.

    Location: West Palm Beach, Florida. Onsite position.

    3 SHIFTS- Available.

    • 8AM -5PM - M-F
    • 12PM -8PM - M-F
    • 4PM-8PM M-F, & 10AM- 6PM Sat

    Primary responsibilities include:

    Outbound Calls: Telemarketers will outreach out to potential customers using provided leads.

    • Incoming Calls: Telemarketers will also be responsible for handling incoming calls from prospective customers.
    • Script-Based Communication: Telemarketers will have scripts to detail off and provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
    • Understanding Customer Needs: Telemarketers will ask qualifying questions to determine customer eligibility and tailor their pitch accordingly.
    • Persuasion and Sales: Their goal is to persuade customers to enroll by demonstrating how the offered services meet their needs.
    • Record Keeping: Telemarketers keep records of calls, sales, and customer information in computer systems.

    Requirements and Skills:

    Education: High school diploma; a Bachelors degree is a plus.

    • Experience: Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
    • Sales Quotas: A track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, over the phone.
    • Computer Literacy: Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
    • Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, Spanish is a plus.
    • Patience and Persistence:
    • Ability to handle customer rejection and remain patient.
