- Safety Leadership: Promote a safety-first culture, conducting regular meetings and audits to maintain a secure construction environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in project management software, with in-depth knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with proven collaboration abilities.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical skills, addressing challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Degree in Construction Management preferred
