    Job Title: Customer Service Representative

    A Customer Service Representative is required to provide an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.

    Salary Range:

    $15-$18 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a positive attitude and provide them with a personalized experience through engaging conversation and professionalism.
    2. Order Taking: Efficiently take orders via phone or in-person while utilizing technology and Point of Sales System.
    3. Store Maintenance: Ensure the store's front area is clean, prepared, and well-maintained.
    4. Order Accuracy: Verify that all orders are organized and accurate before delivery or collection.

    Necessary Skills:

    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
    • Effective communication with team members and customers.
    • Understand safe food handling, food storage, and sanitation procedures.
    • Available to work nights and weekends.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to take direction from management.
    • Must be 16 years of age or older.
