    Overview and Responsibilities

    This is an executive leadership position, the ideal candidate should have experience in:


    • Input in the areas of creative & business direction of the division.
    • Supervising development slate, and green-light targets.
    • Supervising assigned movies in production.
    Responsibilities

    to include, but not limited to:

    • Management of development slate.
    • Oversight of assigned movies in production from greenlight to delivery.
    • Provide creative feedback on movies development and production.
    • Align, nurture, and maintain strong partnerships with production management to deliver top of class movies on schedule and on budget.
    • Assist in managing relationships with the filmmakers: Directors, Producers, Writers.
    • Help manage communication and alignment across company partners including Series, Games, Marketing, Publishing, and Consumer Products.
    • Distinguish and establish new relationships with the creative community , agents and managers with an eye towards building our business.
    • Foster and cultivate a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and industry excellence


    Qualifications:


    • 10 years of experience in creative content creation for filmed entertainment.
    • Strong executive experience.
    • Deep knowledge, understanding, and experience in story development.
    • Knows animation film production.
    • Oversight of at least one animated movie in production.
    • Experienced credit list in theatrical content.

    • Strong, reputable, and proven story development experience.
    • An established reputation and relationships with producers, directors, writers, agents, talent, and creative community in general.
    • Strong creative executive presence that possesses a strategic mind-set and can promote a collaborative environment.
    • Natural leadership ability with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including pitching, running work-sessions, and articulating and defending story & design decisions.
    • Proven track record partnering with multiple teams on projects and practices.

    Hiring Salary Range:
    $300, ,

    The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.

    Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.

    This position is bonus eligible.
