    Senior Agile Coach (SPC)The Senior Agile Coach Lead will drive the Agile Transformation, supporting the organization to understand, adopt and practice the Lean-Agile methodology to continuously improve productivity and effectiveness of solution delivery.

    They will support the implementation and adoption of SAFe-Lean
    • Agile principles and practices through strong teaching, training, coaching and mentoring throughout the organization.
    This role demands excellent communication, collaboration and diplomacy skills in order to guide, influence and convince others in their adoption of the Lean-Agile mindset.

    This role also requires strong people skills with sound exposure of leading coaching efforts across teams and programs (with strong stakeholder management skills) as this role will need to effectively support teams and stakeholders at leadership level in the organization to ensure the adoption is conducted in a consistent manner, with proper metrics in place to measure adherence and success.


    Responsibilities:
    Drive coaching and Agile transformation throughout client teamsSupport a large-scale implementation roadmap for Agile transformation (multi-year transformation journey) with supporting best practice and governance modelsEngage with leadership to understand their perspectives, challenges and align on common goals and objectives for Agile Transformation (creating actional implementation plans)

    Collaborate with leadership, sponsors, champions and change agents to drive and govern adoption of the Agile Transformation RoadmapBuild framework and processes for governing Agility Key Performance Indicators across the organizationSupport governance model for executive reporting:
    prepare and present on regular basisSupport efforts to integrate business and technology across people, process and tools throughout the organizationSupport the evolution of a LACE (Lean-Agile Center of Excellence) and foster Agile centric culture within the Coaching teamRequired Skills Strong leadership drive with ability to plan and execute strategicallyExcellent interpersonal skills and proven track record of performing well in distributed environmentAble to communicate collaborate effectively at all levels and motivate stakeholdersAbility to navigate political organizational dynamicsOperates with transparency, commitment and exhibits growth mindsetQuick and effective decision maker (both strategically and tactically)


    Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude to resolve impediments and conflictsOperates well under pressure with ability to multi-task with excellent time management skillsAble to manage dependencies across organizational boundariesDrives for results (individually and for the client engagement)Builds trust with clients and engagement teamsShould have Design thinking and user-centric mindsetQualifications: 15 or more years' experience within IT/Product ManagementSAFe 5.
