    $16.00/hrHow do our Service Coordinators Drive Impact?Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with the service team; schedule service appointments, advise on recommended maintenance, confirm scheduled appointments, and reschedule missed appointmentsPerform outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, Special Order Parts (SOP) notifications, scheduling calls, and any additional outbound calls requested by managementPromptly and professionally handle all incoming digital leads, live chats, and text messages with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with the service team; schedule service appointments, advise on recommended maintenance, confirm scheduled appointments, and reschedule missed appointmentsRespond to voicemails or complete any other outbound calls needed and as assignedMaster and follow all training materials including inbound/outbound service processes to accurately answer all clients' questionsCheck for open recalls; keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturerSecure payments from customers and outside companiesGreet service customers when necessaryEmbrace and exhibit Walser CORE valuesAll other duties, tasks and/or projects as assignedWe're

    Looking For:
    Must have strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word (and preferably dual screen experience)
