    Recruiter


    • Consult with internal managers on client(s) hiring needs


    • Build and maintain existing and new candidate relationships


    • Source, contact, and screen passive and active candidates


    • Qualify and disqualify candidates during phone calls and virtual meetings


    • Prep candidates for interviews as well as brief and debrief post-interview


    • Deliver job offers and negotiate terms of employment

    Account Manager


    • The Account Manager position requires consistent performance and success as a Recruiter, an exemplary display of core values, and a strong desire to get into sales


    • Develop new business through cold calling and in-person meetings


    • Manage existing client relationships through phone calls, lunch, coffee, etc.


    • Collaborate with Recruiting Team on client hiring needs


    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals

    Desired Skills & Experience


    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales, Entrepreneurship, Communications, Psychology, or Business.


    • Leadership experience through internships and/or campus organizations


    • Strong oral and written communication skills


    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and competitive drive


    • Coachable and enthusiastic about being part of a team


    • Ability to "think on your feet"


    • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and leadership in a fast-paced environment
