Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Director of Construction to lead our clients thriving team and drive the profitable growth. As a key member of their executive leadership team, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the company while overseeing all construction activities and ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and financial goals.
Manage the full P&L for Our Client Construction, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Drive operational excellence by optimizing resource utilization and implementing best practices in project management.
Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand our market presence and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a track record of success in leading large-scale projects.
Proven leadership ability with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
