We are seeking a driven and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support the recruitment, retention, and success of our real estate agents. Qualifications

  • Real Estate License required
  • 2–3 years of real estate sales experience
  • Proven leadership, management, and team-building experience
  • Experience in recruiting and/or business development
  • Strong goal-setting, planning, and accountability skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and real estate technology
  • Mastery of Keller Williams' core curriculum (or willingness to learn)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • US Work Authorization

Key Responsibilities


Operational Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate across departments to improve workflow and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents

Agent Support & Development

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and productivity strategies
  • Implement and manage a comprehensive training calendar
  • Track agent performance and provide feedback
  • Support continuing education and professional growth

Recruiting & Retention

  • Actively recruit top-producing and emerging agents
  • Build and nurture long-term recruiting pipelines
  • Develop retention strategies to maintain top talent

Financial & Business Planning

  • Analyze financial data and create reports
  • Monitor profitability, market share, and performance metrics
  • Assist leadership in data-driven decision-making

Relationship Building

  • Network with clients, industry professionals, and community partners
  • Maintain strong relationships within the real estate community
  • Stay current on market trends and emerging technologies
