    Job Summary
    Working exclusively with the Medical Director as an administrator and assistant to complete a variety of tasks necessary for successful business operations. Ideal candidate will be an individual that is motivated and has superior problem-solving abilities with little direction; an individual that is organized, has critical thinking skills, and has the ability an versatility to take on a projects delegated by the Medical Director. Tasks and projects are unpredictable and require a candidate with a wide variety of skill set and problem-solving capacity. Ideal candidate will be well versed in microsoft office programs (excel, word, powerpoint). Ideal candidate will ability and minimal training time to master online software for electronic medical record, payment processing, employee scheduling, online communication platforms, cloud storage, online faxing/phone, data organization, etc.

    Responsibilities
    • Recruit, hire, and complete onboarding processes for various roles
    • Partner with Medical Director to ensure that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions and that high-quality care is rendered
    • Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures and state and federal rules and regulations
    • Organize staff meetings
    • Spearhead the resolution of patient and staff concerns while continually monitoring patient satisfaction through various tools
    • Ensure compliance with office procedures and accuracy of financial transactions
    • Monitor various key performance indicators and put programs in place for continual improvement
    • Complete a wide range of variable and complex tasks under the direction of the Medical Director
    • Complete provider schedule under the direction Medical Director

    Qualifications
    • A minimum of two years experience working in a supervisory role in a medical office preferred
    • Demonstrated skills in written, verbal, and consultative communications
    • Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction
    • Proficiency in excel, word, powerpoint, google docs, cloud storage software
    • Ability to complete ever-changing tasks necessary to assist the Medical Director
