About the RoleWe're seeking an Marketing Coordinator Contractor who will play a pivotal role in our online presence, ensuring seamless product and marketing banner uploads in alignment with our brand ethos.
You'll be the linchpin in delivering exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries as directed by the Coco Republic management team.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities:
Content Coordination:
Manage the end-to-end process of product uploads, from copy editing to image manipulation, ensuring consistency and quality
Product Management:
Take charge of product setup and maintenance, including data entry, description writing, and categorization, collaborating closely with Buyers and Marketing
Asset Management:
Liaise with external photography partners to ensure timely delivery of brand-aligned assets and organize in-house photoshoots as needed
Web Site Marketing Execution:
Assist in the replacement and updating of marketing banners on the website to align with promotional campaigns and branding initiatives
Marketing Support:
Aid in email and SMS marketing efforts by providing input on content and assisting with execution as needed
Platform Support:
Willingness to support other e-commerce Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, ensuring smooth integration and operation with our primary website
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough reviews and testing to maintain website integrity and resolve any issues efficiently
Tech Savvy:
Stay updated on web technology trends and utilize analytics tools effectively to enhance our online performance
Performance Analysis:
Generate insightful reports to track product performance, informing marketing strategies and promotional activities
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
E-commerce Expertise: Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in an e-commerce retail environment, with a deep understanding of sales operations
Leadership Qualities:
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Ethical Approach:
Uphold integrity and honesty in all interactions, fostering a positive work environment
Resourcefulness:
Display an entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with dynamic work ethics and effective time management
