Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional/Territory Sales Executive to join our team in the Indianapolis market. As a leading provider of advanced uniform and mat service programs and solutions, you will be responsible for driving new business development by prospecting, qualifying, and securing new customer accounts. This is a field-based role with a blend of remote work and occasional in-office presence (1-2 times per week) to maximize productivity and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
New Business Development: Actively prospect, qualify, and acquire new customers across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, healthcare, and commercial services.
Lead Generation & Networking: Leverage targeted marketing campaigns, inside sales support, and your professional network (e.g., LinkedIn) to connect with potential clients and secure meetings.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets within your regional territory.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term business partnerships.
Service Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to facilitate smooth transitions for new customers and support sales administration tasks such as reporting and planning.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in territory sales, B2B sales, or contract-based sales environments.
Sales Skills: Strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with key decision-makers.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present compelling solutions to prospective clients.
Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a competitive sales environment.
Organization & Planning: Strong organizational skills and a strategic approach to territory management.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience) with uncapped commissions.
Earnings Potential: 1st Year OTE = $80,000 - $85,000, with top performers earning $100K+.
