    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide nocturnal inpatient care with a focus on managing 410 patient encounters per shift.
    • Collaborate with the Rapid Response Team, excluding code blue responsibilities.
    • Work alongside another nocturnist with an average of 814 admissions per night.
    • Comply with facility protocols in a closed ICU environment.
    Qualifications

    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty.
    • Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
    • Ability to work independently, with clean medical history for expedited privileges.
    Working Hours

    • Night shifts: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, covering selected dates as specified.
    Skills

    • Strong clinical management capabilities in a hospitalist/nocturnist setting.
    • Proficient in collaborative patient care within a Rapid Response framework.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fastpaced work environment.
