    The Quality Systems Administrator is responsible to understand the requirements of industry standards such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and CQI-19 and edit, create or coordinate efforts to document processes to meet the requirements.

    Plan and coordinate internal audit and LPA systems.

    This is a Temporary Job starting in April and ending in August with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

    • Plan and coordinate compliance with the documentation requirements of various standards.
    • Audit per internal schedules.
    • Maintain current Business / Quality system documentation (levels 2, 3, and 4).
    • Support the Management team regarding ISO/TS and Environmental certifications.
    • Support Quality, Production, Engineering and Maintenance departments
    • Write, review, and coordinate implementation of changes and additions to quality and environmental system documentation.
    • Schedule and review internal audits.
    • Coordinate 2nd and 3rd party audits.
    • Participate in Continuous Improvements activities,
    • Commit to use safe work practices in everything you do at Aludyne and follow approved and applicable procedures.
    • Provide safety suggestions to reduce or minimize hazards or improve situations that can cause injury or illness or business interruption due to accidents, fire or other hazards.
    • Actively participate in safety promotional activities demonstrating your commitment to the safety program.

    Requirements
    Education and/or Experience

    • Bachelor's degree or associate degree in quality or related field is preferred.
    • 3-5 years of Quality related experience, specifically implementation of ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
    • American Society for Quality certification such as Lead auditor, CQA, CQI, CQT.
    • Certificated Lead auditor for TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
    • Ability to professionally present written and oral information to audiences of all levels.
    • High School Diploma or equivalency (HSED or GED).
    Knowledge, skills, and abilities

    • All knowledge, skill and ability required for Machine Cell Operator.
    • Safe material handling, machine lock-out/tag-out procedure and understanding of safe and proper use of chains, slings, I-bolts and lifting hooks.
    • Ability to troubleshoot problems and take prescribed corrective action to ensure that a quality part is being produced.
    • Ability to train new employees in the machining process.
    • Ability to understand and assist in implementing continuous process improvements.
    • Complete understanding of CNC codes/programs.
    • Understanding of Process Control Plans and PIM book.
