    Our Quality and Compliance team is looking for a new team member to join us We have a full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm position open at our Central Public Health Center in Wheaton.

    In this role, you will be compiling and interpreting data to make recommendations regarding the application of regulations, standards, policies, and protocols.

    Monitors compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
    Provides support to quality and compliance activities across the agency using validated methods.
    Recommends and implements strategies to promote compliance.
    Keeps up to date on laws and regulations that might affect operating policies and procedures.
    Works with ongoing staff development efforts and provides trainings.
    Supports the use of the online training system for compliance and necessary documentation.
    Collects data and utilizes other methods for recognizing trends or opportunities to improve service delivery.
    Monitors and analyzes program outcomes to evaluate service delivery and quality of care measures.
    Participates in agency committees as assigned.
    Prepares various reports and summary.
    Provides program support to utilization and peer reviews.
    Participates in emergency activities as assigned.
    Available to respond to clients, either in person or over the phone, during business hours
    Performs related work as required.

    Completion of master's degree in public health, Nursing, Social Work or related field, five years of progressively responsible experience in public health; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
