Job summary
The Configuration Specialist is responsible for preparing computer applications, systems, and software for use.The role involves assisting in the development of software, setting up computer software, and training clients on how to use the software. The specialist will partner with various teams while interacting with clients throughout the implementation process to ensure a successful client launch.
The specialist will be responsible for understanding business licensing and tax products inside and out and having a fast ramp time. They will also need to understand how to best leverage the platform based on the partner's vision, value propositions, requirements, and use cases through packaged solutions.
Additionally, they will support customer onboarding using best practices related to system setup and utilization.,
