Job summary
Huntsman is seeking a Sales Leader supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Commercial Director, PU Americas.The Sales Leader is responsible for the development and execution of the Construction Segment Commercial Strategy for North America.
In Summary, As The Sales Leader, You Will Lead and manage the Strategic and Key Accounts organization,
Own and actively manage performance versus budget for volume, revenue pricing contribution margin commercial fixed costs cash performance DSO overdues Drive value expansion within Key and Strategic accounts while managing share of wallet in dynamic market conditions Develop customer strategies that foster customer intimacy strategic alignment long-term partnerships Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers C-suite stakeholders major accounts Create environments enabling identification scoping development new projects strategic customers Define vision objectives tools support sustainable commercial success through Commercial Excellence function
