    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Flow Cytometry Research Associate to join our team at HematoLogics, Inc. in Seattle.

    This role offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive team environment.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in flow cytometry, hematology, and immunology, as well as strong organizational and analytical skills.

    Responsibilities include project management, reagent quality assurance, and wet lab support, as well as data analysis and presentation of research findings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Patient case work (technical): Assist in wet lab if required.
    • Quality Management (technical): Develop/update QM protocols with section Director/Supervisor.
    • Project Management (technical/analytical/administrative): Develop new and current procedures in conjunction with Supervisor and Director.

    Qualifications:

    • M.S. and/or Specialist in Cytometry (SCYM) ACSP certification is preferred, MT/MLS ASCP certification welcome.
    • 2+ years of Flow Cytometry specific laboratory experience preferred.
    • Hematology and/or Immunology (or related) research experience preferred.
