Job Summary
The Catering Supervisor is responsible for proactive leadership and direction of all phases of catering events and day-of coordination.
Responsibilities
- Oversee hourly catering team members to ensure service execution of catered events.
- Manage and update Cater Trax catering software per client requests.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback while ensuring knowledge of food menus and specialty promotions.
