    The Inclusion and Sustainability Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting FORVIS inclusion and social responsibility activities, events, and initiatives firm-wide. This individual is self-motivated, and embodies the spirit of inclusion, and inspires other leaders and employees to build a culture of respect and belonging.

    How you will contribute:
    • Coordinate and support corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, events, and initiatives in a professional services environment
    • Conduct external research to find impactful leading-edge capability-building strategies, partnerships, and programs to support FORVIS CSR efforts
    • Develop and execute CSR programs, as well as conduct program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
    • Research best practices and trends in CSR programs, propose improvements to be implemented
    • Plan and coordinate CSR activities and events as needed
    • Gather, maintain, and present CSR data to management as needed or requested
    • Supports I&D Operations through tasks as assigned by leadership

    • Ability to confidently and comfortably deliver presentations and speak in front of large groups
    • Flexible and able to respond professionally to emerging issues and situations
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • 3 years or more of applicable work experience
    • Associate degree or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office products
    • Some air and car travel is required
    • Strong relevant subject matter knowledge
