Serve as Subject Matter Expert for At Homes Omnichannel businessPerform financial analysis of business performance looking for trends in performanceDevelop and produce reporting used by Senior Management to drive business performanceProvide regular financial analysis of P&L results for leadership teamMaintain models used to develop short term and long-term forecasts on key business driversDrive and manage relationship with business partners and various accountsProvide insights as to the business drivers of changes in the P&L a monthly, quarterly and annual basisComplete analyses in support of ad-hoc and strategic projectsBudget, Forecast and participate in Long Range PlanningContinuously find ways for improved efficiencyQualifications and Competencies:3-5 years financial analysis experienceSAP and PowerBI experience a plusStrong communication skills: oral, written, and presentationStrong financial analysis and modeling background with great attention to detailExperience with retail operations a plusHighly proficient in Microsoft ExcelHands-on, data driven approach to problem solvingBachelors Degree in Business / Finance / Economics / StatisticsHonest, hard-working, and driven to deliver financial resultsAbout Us When youre a part of our team, you have the full support of a diverse, close-knit team in our stores.
