- Generate qualified aerospace and defense opportunities, especially within unmanned systems
- Leverage existing industry relationships and expand new accounts
- Manage and advance an active sales pipeline
- Support proposals, pricing, and RFQ/RFP responses
- Lead customer communication and technical sales discussions
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure executable, profitable programs
- Travel 20-50% as required
- Base salary of $130k+
- Performance-based bonuses in addition to base salary
- Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- High-visibility role reporting directly to executive leadership
- 7-10 years of aerospace and defense sales experience
- Background in composite structures and manufacturing
- Familiarity with unmanned systems UAS or UAV, rotorcraft, or defense platforms
- Existing industry network capable of generating near-term opportunities
- Proven track record of closing programs and managing long sales cycles
- Experience developing pricing proposals and responding to RFQs/RFPs
