GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Provides professional medical care for clinic patients and handles clerical responsibilities for physicians within the practice.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to Director.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
KNOW HOW:
Knowledge of medical practice, examination procedures, safety precautions, and treatment room protocols. Skills in assisting treatments, taking vital signs, and maintaining records. Ability to establish effective relationships with patients and staff, react in emergencies, and communicate clearly.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Requires full body motion, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. Involves sitting, standing, walking, occasional lifting, and exposure to diseases and bodily fluids.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Exposure to diseases, toxic substances, radiation, and clinic conditions.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have knowledge of medical practice, exams, and patient care. Requires understanding, tact, and ability to handle patient issues promptly and efficiently.

EDUCATION:
