Team Lead - College Park, United States - Impact Fulfillment Services
Description
Essential Job Functions :
Maintains the schedule relative to all inbound trailers and dock doors.
Direct and Manage line replenishments, transfers, and any needed shipping activities
Support incoming material inspection routines as required.
Verify that all inbound receipts have been properly located in a timely manner.
Monitors approved vendor list, ASN's, and assures every item received has a COA.
Ensure the department is properly trained and motivated to meet IFS objectives and meet/ exceed customer requirements.
Ensure IFS procedures, cGMP's, and safety policies are followed by departmental personnel.
Approve/ issue annual performance evaluations.
Track and report on departmental metrics.
Support IFS continuous improvement efforts.
Work in conjunction with all members of the management team to foster a team environment and help with ensuring the overall success of Impact Fulfillment Services.
