    JOIN OUR TEAM AT SONIC DRIVE-IN!

    POSITION: CREW MEMBER
    IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: MANAGER ON DUTY
    STATUS: HOURLY, NON-EXEMPT

    GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Prepare high-quality food in a safe and efficient manner to ensure guests have a delightful experience at Sonic Drive-In.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
    • Perform various duties at different stations to meet operational standards.
    • Operate equipment and handle customer orders accurately.
    • Prepare food items and drinks swiftly while maintaining quality.
    • Serve customers promptly and assist in maintaining cleanliness.
    • Dispose of waste and ensure sanitation procedures are followed.

    ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
    • Prioritize guest satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly.
    • Follow uniform and safety guidelines.
    • Undertake other assigned duties as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Good communication, math, and reading skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
    • Compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting.
    • Restaurant industry knowledge is a plus.

    ENVIRONMENT: Exposure to varying temperatures in the kitchen and storage areas.
