    Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Mansfield, Ohio.

    Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Hospice

    Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, weekends per rotation

    Length: 12 Weeks

    Weekend rotation (currently every 5rd weekend, but could change), case load of ~13 patients, may need to cover a holiday this term

    Requirements:

    • OH License
    • 2 years experience
    • BLS
    • 3 years home hospice experience preferred

    RN Home HospiceShift: Days, M-F 8a-4:30p, weekends per rotationTerm: 12 weeksCertification: BLSPertinent Info: weekend rotation (currently every 5rd weekend, but could change), case load of ~13 patients, may need to cover a holiday this term.

    JOB SUMMARYIs responsible for making home visits to assigned patients requiring skilled intermittent professional nursing services in the home. All findings and/or changes regarding patient are communicated to the following physician.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications include: Valid state driver's license, Minimum of eighteen (18) years old, Have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), Must provide proof of insurance, if applicable - Associate's Degreein Nursing. Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
    3 years home hospice experience preferred
    COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required

    Please note that all pay rates are estimates. Weekly gross pay is based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
