Shape a New Clinic While Making a Real ImpactFlywheel Centers is opening a brand-new, clinic-based ABA therapy center in Virginia Beach, VA, and we're looking for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who want more than just a job-they want influence, growth, and strong clinical support.
While this clinic is new, Flywheel is a well-established, clinician-led organization with proven systems, modern infrastructure, and a commitment to high-quality care. This is your chance to help build a clinic from the ground up with the backing of a team that knows how to do it right.

- Competitive Compensation: $95K-$115K/year based on experience + $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months)

- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
