    Job Description
    Blue Plate Media Services is seeking a Digital Media Manager to join our team of professionals. You will be responsible for digital media planning/buying, and optimization for our clients. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Summit, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop digital media strategies that maximize our clients' reach and impact.

    Your role will also involve managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and providing strategic recommendations based on insights gathered from data.

    Qualifications
    5+ years of experience in digital media planning and buying; Agency experience required
    Proficient in setting up and managing paid digital media campaigns across video, mobile, display, social (

    Meta, Google, TikTok), gaming,
    retail media (PPC), and programmatic platforms
    Managing campaign assets, trafficking, and tagging to ensure campaigns are set
    Proficiency in media buying/planning and digital analytics tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Datorama is your friend.
    Experience managing and optimizing digital media campaigns to meet performance goals and KPIs
    Monitor ad verification and ad server data to provide critical thinking, analysis, and conclusions
    Responsible for digital analytics and insights; Develop and deliver client-facing campaign performance reports
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
    Experience in the Kids, Moms, and Families market is a plus
