- Conduct high-quality research in logistics and supply chain management.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in supply chain optimization, logistics systems design, and transportation planning.
- Develop and lead interdisciplinary research projects.
- Mentor students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty members.
- Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 5 years of academic experience (for associate professor) or 10 years (for full professor).

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Expert to join our team as a Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management Systems. The successful candidate will have a strong research record and teaching excellence in supply chain optimization, logistics systems design, transportation planning, warehouse management, and advanced technologies in logistics.
The selected candidate will lead impactful research, secure external funding, and contribute to curriculum development. They will also engage with industry partners and enhance the department's interdisciplinary and international initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach, innovative approaches to addressing global supply chain challenges, and experience in mentoring young faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and students.
About the Role
This is a full-time, 9-month tenured associate professor or professor position with an anticipated start date of August 8, 2025. The expected salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
