Soliant Education is seeking a qualified and compassionate school-based Speech Language Pathologist and Speech Language Pathologist Assistantto join our team of educators and therapists near Kingstown, MD. We are currently interviewing candidates that have a passion for working with children and adolescents with diverse communication needs within a school setting.

Job Details:

• Full-time, 35 hours/week
  • 7 hours per day, 5 days a week
• Upcoming 24-25 school year
• In person, on-site therapy for grades K-2

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Master's Level Degree
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-CLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Must hold state licensure (MD)
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy, complete evaluations, write IEP's attend meetings, collect progress monitoring data, write therapy notes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Provide consultation and support to teacher and parents regarding strategiesfor facilitating communication and language development
