A TekStream client, a nationwide fast-food franchise with a culture of collaboration and excellence, has an immediate need for a Supply Chain Business Analyst. This is a long-term contract opportunity (1 year+) and it is hybrid (in the Atlanta office 1-2 days/week). Candidates must be located in Atlanta, and be able to work directly on a W2 of TekStream Solutions (NO C2C Applicants can be considered).

Role / Responsibilities:

The Supply Chain Business Analyst's responsibilities center around Supply Continuity - risk analysis and mitigation activity, including commodity analysis & hedging, capacity/contingency planning (CapCon), to support future growth, category/supplier/supply chain risk assessments/analysis/mitigation strategy development, sustainability, risk identification, and diverse supplier development. Through our work, we interact with all our sourcing leads, their suppliers, and the raw materials needed to create finished goods. We require strong analytical skills balanced with creativity to identify, strategize, and communicate our priorities to attain cross-functional support. From our position in the organization, we see a broader picture and from this angle, we can create a more cohesive view of our supply. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the supply chain by collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to analyze, manage, and mitigate future supply chain risks to ensure a continuous and efficient flow of goods. The analyst will be involved with several more mature programs that are being moved internally from third party providers and so will be able to speak into design and enhancements. Further, will be able to engage in additional ongoing initiatives that will have a profound impact upon the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Economics, Risk Management or related fields.
• Familiarity with risk management practices within supply chains, preferable food supply chain.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Detail oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities or to manage multiple tasks.
• Highly Proficient with Microsoft Excel (an Excel knowledge test will be required).
• Experience with the following technologies: SQL, Python, Tableau, Jira.
