Role & Responsibilities:

Essential Skills:Led projects in transformation for SAP S/4 Hana for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Supply Chain Enablement, Customer / Vendor / Material Master, Security and roles, etc.

• Experience in OCM and knowledge of document capture
• Ability to plan and execute training, communications, and OCM tasks to produce optimal results and increase standardization
• Ability to evaluate key performance indicators and recommend opportunities to elevate client satisfaction and deliverables

Desirable Skills:
Experience with Operations and various Supply Chain functions (Quote to Cash), Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Inventory management, Forecasting, and Reverse Logistics)

• Provide advisory and assessment services to customers for TCS in SLM journey of Apple and support RFP/ RFI or during pro-active engagements.
• Prior experience in driving process improvement projects
• Experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping /timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements (BRD) etc, UAT, change management etc.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.
• Self-motivated individual who thrives working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment.
