    AHN006- LPN / LVN - Macon, GA - 13 Weeks ContractSigma Healthcare Staffing is looking for an LPN/LVN to work at our client's facility

    Shift:

    NightResponsibilities:
    Major functions include: administers medication, provides IV therapy, documents according to charting guidelines, performs and/or assists with treatments/procedures, and obtains and assures accurate processing of physician orders Under direction of Registered Nurse, provides high quality, cost-effective care and patient teaching interdependently Performs other duties as assigned


    Qualifications:
    Acute Care & SNF Experience required Current BLS certification Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year current experience as an LPN LPN/LVN STATE LICENSE COVID VACCINATION
