    You Will:
    • Deliver comprehensive technical training across a broad range of aircraft structures subject matter, including Heavy Structures, Drill and Fill, and Fastener Installation.
    • Utilize diverse instructional methods such as classroom sessions, computer-based training (CBT), simulations, and on-the-job (OJT) coaching to satisfy business requirements.
    • Assess and validate employee competence to ensure compliance with stringent government and organizational quality standards.
    • Navigate and interpret complex technical documentation, including manufacturing repair documents and detailed assembly or installation blueprints.
    • Collaborate with management and clients to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt materials to meet evolving operational needs.
    • Ensure training environments are "teach-ready" by preparing physical and digital materials and maintaining program documentation.
    You Have:
    • U.S. Citizenship.
    • Ability to work 5 days a week on-site in St. Louis, Missouri.
    • Extensive prior aircraft structures teaching experience (Heavy Structures, Sealing, Bond and Ground, etc.).
    • Strong presentation and teaching skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions.
    • Expert-level ability to read blueprints and technical installation drawings.
    • Ability to travel 10-15% to support training needs as required.
    • The ability to perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force, and repetitive motions in an office or lab setting.
