Job summary
The Maintenance Technician plays a critical part in ensuring guest satisfaction by keeping rooms common areas and back-of-house spaces in excellent condition.Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects.
- Apply repair and replace caulking sealants around windows doors bathrooms and other fixtures.
- Conduct basic HVAC maintenance tasks such as filter changes cleaning vents inspecting units reporting larger mechanical issues to licensed HVAC professionals.
