Our client, a multinational law firm, is seeking an Employer Branding Specialist to support their team in Boston

*Please note this is a temporary role that will last until August*

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and quality across channels
• Collaborate with Attorney Recruiting team and external vendors for brand visibility
• Drive social media content for brand promotion
• Share brand through firm's platforms utilizing headlines
• Maintain industry connections for trend monitoring
• Develop talking points and create marketing materials for Campus Recruiting
• Manage Summer Associate Program, including design and social media promotion
• Oversee Attorney Learning & Development, managing surveys and communication materials

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably within a law firm
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Marketing Content Creation experience required
• Social Media Posting Experience
• Talent Acquisition is a plus, but not required
