Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR partner to assigned business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Support talent management initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning,

  • Mange employee relations matters,
    including investigations and fair timely conflict resolution
  • Analyze HR data
    and metrics to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement

      compensation leaders to support external competitiveness and internal equity/li/li/Serve as a thought partner during reorganizations leadership transitions
