    Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
    Reports To: ORP Director
    Location: Convivio Health - Lynnwood, WA
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $ $35.21 per hour (DOE)
    Job Purpose
    Provide daily physical therapy treatment and component assessments to clients of Convivio Health under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist (PT). Treatment will address a variety of physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral conditions within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation setting.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    Client Care

    • Assist the PT with implementing and progressing treatment programs
    • Guide clients through program orientation and provide education
    • Modify client programs under PT direction
    • Monitor client performance and clinic environment for safety
    • Collaborate with the PT on exercise program changes and progression
    • Review client progress and challenges daily with the PT
    • Administer evaluation components after demonstrating competence
    • Distribute and collect customer service surveys
    • Participate in weekly client care conferences and staff meetings
    • Contribute to program evaluation, health & safety, annual planning, and CARF responsibilities
    Documentation
    • Complete daily treatment notes, including charges, by end of day
    • Assist with evaluation sections assigned by the PT
    • Support quality assurance efforts related to documentation
    • Track competencies (e.g., ROM, MMT, modality use) as established with the PT
    • Complete additional documentation as assigned
    Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Current, unrestricted Washington State PTA license
    • Current CPR certification
    • Membership in professional organizations (state and/or national preferred)
    • Preferably 1+ year of experience in a rehabilitation setting
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling systems
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to manage sensitive cases with flexibility, diplomacy, and confidentiality
    • Safe operation of exercise and treatment modality equipment
    Working Conditions
    • Primarily indoor outpatient setting with climate control
    • Periods of frequent walking, standing, and stabilizing clients
    • Minimal safety/health hazard exposure
