    Description

    Title- Network Lead/Manager

    Location- Redmond WA

    Mode of Hire: Full Time

    Must have skills:

    1. R&S (Strong) { Product Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Load Balancer Citrix, F5, SDN}
    2. Security (Strong) { Product Palo Alto, Juniper, Cisco}
    3. Enterprise Networking [Wifi, SD-WAN, AAA-ISE] (Moderate) { Product Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet}
    4. Cloud Networking (Moderate) { Product AWS VPC, Direct connect, Transit GW, VM/ hypervisor/ docker/K8S, DevOps}

    Job Description and Responsibilities:

    • Solid work experience in Large Enterprises networking side including DC (both hybrid & public cloud like AWS, Azure).
    • In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning, Network implementation deployments including cloud infrastructure, SDN.
    • Evaluate available technology options and select those that best suit business and technical requirements.
    • Implementation of data solutions as defined by blueprints and standards from engineering (GPS)
    • Substantial experience with ticket handling E2E process.
    • Experience in working in NOC environment and good in handling incident/ change management.
    • Provide design documentation, project reports including operational processes and procedures.
    • Requirements gathering and design, implement appropriate solution with key stakeholders.
    • Enforce and maintain industry standard network and security practices and compliance.
    • Security / Firewall, VPN services and associated technologies.
    • Produce detailed design of infrastructure to meet the business requirements.
    • Configuration of networking equipment/ Security standards and policies
    • Where required work closely with the stakeholders to capture the requirements from the customer and produce proposal and design documents as appropriate.
    • To produce network diagrams and design documentation.
    • Manage Operations and 3rd Party engagement and coordination.
    • Track, update, and close action items from problem ticket system.
    • Reporting KPI/SLAs and targets and improvement plans, if any.
    • Follow request for change cycle from raising, implementing and closure in accordance with change policy.
    • Guide and mentor junior engineers within delivery team.
    • 5-8 years of experience in handling North America/ European clients.

    Skills required:

    • Strong knowledge of Internetworking theory and practical applications based on the large-scale Enterprise, Data Center and Hybrid/ Multi cloud environment.
    • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, networking protocols including but not limited to EIGRP, BGP, VRRP/HSRP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, GRE, IPsec, Information Security, Public Cloud Remote infra like AWS/ Azure/ Google Cloud Platform, Virtualization.
      • Routing Protocol: EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP
      • L2 Features: SPT, RSPT, UDLD, BPDU, Link Aggregation, VPC
      • First Hop Routing Protocol: HSRP, VRRP, GLBP
      • Cloud - OnPrem deployments, Hybrid, Remote Infrastructure experience
      • AWS Services IAM, EC2, Route53, ELB, S3 etc.
      • Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, SDN, AWS/ Azure Cloud VPC.
    • Multivendor networking gear hardware/software support:
      • Router- Cisco (IOS) & Arista, Switch Cisco Nexus 6500, 7200, 5500, 7600, Arista
      • SDN Cisco Viptela, Cisco ACI, Arista SD-Switch
      • Cisco WLC, AP, Cisco DNAC
      • Cisco ISE
      • Firewall F5, Palo Alto Panorama, Cisco ASA/ Firepower, Juniper, AWS Network firewall
      • Citrix Load Balancers.
      • Cloud network products, Hypervisors, OS Images.
    • Familiarity with application load balancers, DNS, DHCP, Windows and Unix / Linux operating systems, security architecture including firewalls and proxies.
    • Knowledge of Virtualization Docker, Containerization, hypervisors, load balancers
    • End-to-end QoS
    • IP Multicast Protocol: PIM Sparse/Dense mode, Anycast RP
    • IPSEC VPN + GRE Tunnelling, IPS/IDS Knowledge
    • Knowledge of Spanning Tree and Multicast networks, including market data distribution networks.
    • Strong working knowledge of various diagnostic tools including packet analyzers and distributed probes.
    • Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on resolution of complex technical problems and demonstrated comprehension of integrated enterprise level architecture and design principles.
    • Ability to focus and perform in time-sensitive high-pressure environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written communication skills and excellent listening skills are required.
    • Certifications: CCNP/CCIE lab, AWS cloud Architect/Practitioner, SDN Technologies and Information Security.
    • Management certifications, Network Automation
