    The VP, Data Product Management will be responsible for designing, curating, and delivering a range of Enterprise Data Products including Master Data domains which will satisfy vast requirements and will be leveraged by the entire Broadridge company to drive critical reporting and deliver analytical insights.

    Additionally, this role will actively participate in developing an entire Data Operations framework, will lead our Master Data strategy and will establish our data management operating model which will ensure the highest level of data quality across the firm.

    He/She will lead a cross-functional team of data and technology professionals and work closely with senior members of Finance, Technology and Business to ensure that our data is strategically positioned in the firm and leveraged to drive cost optimization and revenue growth.

    Responsibility

    Strategy:

    • Develop a strategic vision of foundational and analytical data products.
    • Implement robust Master Data Management function to ensure high quality Master Data products.
    • Create an effective data operations model to deliver high-quality, timely data suited for many use cases.
    • Drive discipline across organization through thought-leadership, MDM expertise and executive communication
    • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their drivers and proactively deliver data products
    • Be an active participant and leader in the Data Industry on behalf of Broadridge

    Process Standardization:

    • Embed best practices, guidelines and governance for managing Broadridges Data Products, including creating a Data operations model and establishing an MDM governance framework with Data stewardship and ownership.
    • Establish data roles and responsibilities which can be effectively implemented across Broadridge.
    • Collaborate with Technology leadership to evolve the technology processes to ensure data standards and principles at adhered to.

    Technical/Functional:

    • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing enterprise data products
    • Consistent record of high-performance delivering business outcomes via data solutions.
    • Excellent data management and data governance experience.
    • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving ability and negotiation skills to drive meaningful outcomes.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills with extensive experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations on complex topics.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of collaborating with diverse executive-level stakeholders across Finance, Business, Product, and Technology teams to accomplish goals with strict deadlines.

    • Effective and inspiring team leadership skills with proven ability to hire and train top talent and inspire through fostering their professional development, coaching and recognition.

    Experience:

    • 15 years of applicable executive leadership, data management, Master and reference data management and transformation/program management experience
