Key qualities

• Expertise within the manufacturing technologies and/or industrial sector in program management or supporting marketing and communications departments
• Strong B2B marketing experience for manufacturing companies to include industry relations, stakeholder engagement and partnership development

ideal candidate will have the below experience

• Experience working on technology transfer programs such as the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program
• Management level experience working at any institute focused on developing and deploying advanced manufacturing technologies
• Experience developing programs and initiatives in technology adoption or research and development in advanced manufacturing technologies
• Experience leading innovation or technology-focused initiatives
• Former management executive in the manufacturing industry and having a strong track record in innovation and technology adoption
