    Senior Instructor - U.S. Based Remote

    Job Description

    (Location Flexible – Remote / 30% travel)
    The Senior Instructor role delivers education programs that support the vision and strategies of ERA Real Estate . You are an accomplished instructor and a dynamic speaker who brings a wealth of knowledge and best practices from being a real estate sales practitioner and experience educating and developing Broker-Owners, Sales Managers, and Sales Associates.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as subject matter professional in different areas of real estate sales and management skills.
  • Facilitate learning content for virtual and in-person delivery to the affiliate network.
  • Design and craft one-off webinars based on the business strategy and use of digital leads and marketing tools.
  • Use various instructional techniques and formats to incorporate simulations, case studies, role-plays, and team exercises/discussions.
  • Assist with promotion and communication of webinars and classes (social media and email campaigns).
  • Collaborate with the instructional design team in capturing sales best practices, providing guidance for classroom delivery options and ideas.
  • Maintain strategic alliances with industry and training organizations while staying current on trends, standards, adult learning styles, and blended/social learning techniques.
  • Interview subject matter professionals (Brokers, Managers, Trainers, Recruiters, Agent Team Leaders, and Sales Associates) for learning and content development research.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer classes (live and virtual) to develop field learning leaders and coaches.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years residential real estate sales experience
  • Minimum of five years' experience in training and facilitation.
  • Strong organization, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionality.
  • Leverage, integrate and provide feedback on educational materials and offerings from our parent company, Anywhere
  • Stay updated on trends in the learning industry to nurture greater learning efficiency, impact, accessibility, and design/delivery innovation, including providing recommendations for social learning and collaboration solutions
  • Develop and enhance relationships with ERA's Affiliate network to deliver value
  • Demonstrates success in managing small and large classroom groups (both virtually and live).
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation/delivery.
  • Competency working with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to travel up to 10 business days out of the month when needed
