    As a New Logo Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth for new and existing customers while representing Lucidchart and Lucidspark in your territory. You'll collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure ongoing customer engagement and satisfaction.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Become an expert on the features and benefits of the Lucid Suite offerings.
    • Analyze the competitive landscape and understand it within your customer base.
    • Exhibit a proactive approach to sourcing new leads and opportunities.
    • Engage with potential and current customers to demonstrate business value.
    • Generate and close new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and demos.
    • Effectively manage your accounts, create forecasts, and work with management to achieve your sales goals.
    • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the sales team.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
    • A strong ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • This role requires hybrid work, with in-office attendance at our South Jordan, UT office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
    • Proven ability to identify, manage, and close high-value business opportunities.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement tools like Outreach and Zoominfo.
    • Skill in guiding potential clients to see how our solutions meet their needs.
    • Strong Salesforce management skills.
