    Duration: 12 months with possible contract to hire


    Description:


    This is a large scale of work that will require coordination across Engineering and Ops and will need to work directly with CTO leaders and designees to drive detailed action plans for transitioning functions and services to a service provider.

    This work will require detailed analysis using MS Project, Excel including pivots, V-Look up, Macros, along with all MS Office tools.

    This role will require the ability to assist forecasting and modeling of data.


    Role Responsibilities:


    Strong Project Manager needed to drive workplan and workstream execution of a Managed Service Agreement across CT&O focused on the Engineering and Operations functions that will be outsourced to a supplier partner and the execution of an agreement with a third party.

    This role requires VERY strong project management basics like workplan, issues, risks, dependencies, meeting minutes, remediation plans, deliverables in MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Word.

    Ability to create and execute workplans at the micro level and report out at an Executive C-suite level.

    Strong communications, excellent skills in MS Office with emphasis on Powerpoint and Excel (pivots, vlook ups, macros, etc)., attention to detail is a must, ability to converse with technical and business leaders, experience doing a comparable role required - expedited time to ramp is crucial.

    Detail oriented PM profient in MS Project, Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.

    Must demonstrate the ability to interact with leaders at multiple levels; taking meeting minutes, translate into Actions, Decisions, Issues, Risks.

    Must be able to drive workstreams and create workplans - drive the execution and delivery of work plans and actually do lifting.


    Must Have Sklls/Prior Experiences:
    Prior experience in working with vendors to outsource work.
    Strong Project Management skills ability to operate within standard deliverables from an industry perspective of Workplans, RACIs, Project Status, Meeting Minutes; ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks
    Technology Operations and Engineering knowledge across the technology stack from build to run for Compute, Storage, Operating Systems, Network, Mainframe, Physical and Virtual (ability to translate technical to business terms and vice versa)
    Ability to work almost exclusively independent; bringing together resources from all areas of the company and the supplier to draft transition plans, model data - heavy emphasis on workplan management and exeuction, heavy emphasis on using excel for financial modeling, forecasting
    Ability to navigate Csuite and communicate clearly at all levels
    Ability to prepare communications materials that tell a story


    Plus/Nice to Have Sklls/Prior Experiences:
    ITIL / IT Service Management certification
