- 2+ years of experience of Civil Drafting/Design
- Focus in Land Development / Site civil engineering a plus.
- Competent in Civil 3D & other applications such as Hydraflow/Hydrograph (highly preferred), Word, Excel, etc.
- Competent communication skills (oral and written)
- Manage, organize, and execute engineering projects
- Work with project team on areas such as roadway construction, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, etc.
- Attend project and planning meetings on and off-site as required
- Communicate directly with permitting, zoning, planning, etc. on projects
- Timely communication with clients and staff
- Maintain project and meeting schedules
- Attentive to and maintains deadlines
- Attentive to project budgets while recording and reporting daily time sheets
