Job Summary:
MountainStar Children's Services is seeking a Pediatric Intensivist at Timpanogos Regional Hospital


Qualified Candidates:
Two physician practice providing care to pediatric patients in the combined 8-bed pediatric floor and 4-bed PICUOccasional tele-consultation with satellite pediatric inpatient unit in Ogden, UT24/7 split coverage of both units with rounding in the morning and call from home after business hoursCover an average daily census of 4-6 combined PICU/pediatric patientsAlso responsible for outpatient sedations, mostly for MRIs, averaging 1-2 per weekWork closely with a network of pediatric subspecialty providers including cardiology, gastroenterology, surgery, anesthesia, orthopedic surgery, craniofacial/plastic surgery, otolaryngology and interventional radiologyComprehensive pediatric programs with nutrition, child life, case management, and administration supportHospital includes robust Level III NICULeadership opportunity available
