    Summary Responsible for Identifying and proactively responding to patients/families/visitors' concerns and customer service issues. Mediates concerns and customer service issues, to facilitate a resolution. Education Must have Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health, Business, Sciences, Biostatistics or related field. Experience Strong medical background and experience in the clinical setting. Recent 1 to 2 years experience in customer service or clinical area. Other QualificationsMust have good verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent people skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively. Must have good organizational skills and flexibility with dealing and multiple tasks at the same time.
